Helen supports Lexington Wealth as our Practice Manager, bringing calm, clarity, and over 20 years of industry experience to the team. Helen’s speciality is helping our firm run smoothly behind the scenes, managing everything from operations and compliance to systems and workflows.

With a passion for structure and a knack for solving problems before they arise, Helen ensures our business runs efficiently, so our planners can focus on what matters most: our clients. She’s a trusted extension of the Lexington team and a key part of helping us deliver a truly professional and seamless service.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys long countryside walks, quality coffee, and keeping her two lively cockapoos entertained (or is it the other way round?).

Warren is a Chartered Financial Planner and Director of Lexington Wealth Management with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals and families to live life by design, and not by default — a motto he lives and works by.

Holding a string of impressive letters after his name (including Chartered Fellow of the CISI and Certified Financial Planner), Warren is passionate about true lifestyle financial planning. His expertise lies in helping family stewards enjoy, protect, and grow their wealth — with enjoyment firmly at the top of that list.

When he’s not deep in cashflow models or crafting a legacy plan, Warren is happiest with his wife of 30+ years and their two children, Olly and Bella, ideally somewhere with great food, good wine, and a strong Wi-Fi signal. He’s a keen golfer (working on breaking 100… consistently), loves a scenic hike, and has a weakness for luxurious travel — preferably involving room service and a sea view.

With over 15 years in financial services, Christiaan is a Chartered Financial Planner (APFS, MCSI) who brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, client-focused approach to helping individuals plan for the life they truly want. At Lexington Wealth, he’s known not just for his technical expertise, but for his ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions — ones that get to the heart of what matters most to clients.

Whether it’s retirement planning, cashflow modelling, or just figuring out “what’s next?”, Christiaan believes financial planning should be about more than numbers. It’s about creating clarity, confidence, and a plan that supports the life clients dream of living.

Outside the office, Christiaan lives in the picturesque village of Sherston with his wife and their energetic Rhodesian Ridgeback, Riley. Together, they enjoy long countryside walks (Riley insists), experimenting with recipes in the kitchen (Christiaan insists), and the occasional gym session to justify the above. A fan of great food, good company, and alpine adventures, Christiaan is equally at home on the slopes as he is around the dinner table with friends.

With an impressive 27 years in the financial services profession, Poppy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a Client Account Executive at Lexington Wealth. Holding the Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Poppy specialises in a client focused approach to administration, with a keen interest in Will and LPA administration and trust work.

Poppy’s approach to client relationships is built on a foundation of genuine respect, clear communication, and trust. She believes in fostering meaningful connections with her clients.

Outside of her professional life, Poppy enjoys staying active through swimming and walking. She cherishes quality time with her husband, their two teenage boys, and their two quirky cats, adding a personal touch to her professional persona.

Poppy lives by the motto: “If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way,” a philosophy that reflects her dedication to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Matt is likely to be your first point of contact if you are new to Lexington Wealth and he plays a key role as Client Account Executive, bringing a decade of experience and a practical mindset to every client interaction. His role involves client relationships, communications, technology, and team coordination — all underpinned by a commitment to exceptional client service.

Known for his ‘team first’ approach and upbeat and positive manner, he focuses on building lasting relationships rooted in trust, flexibility, and mutual respect.

Outside of the office, Matt enjoys playing football, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with his family and friends. He loves socialising, exploring new cities, and soaking up the sun on relaxing getaways.

Suz supports Lexington Wealth as our Paraplanner, bringing clarity, precision, and deep technical expertise to every client plan. Suz specialises in high-quality, FCA-compliant financial planning reports, with a sharp focus on helping planners deliver advice that’s not only technically robust but genuinely client-focused.

With a strong background in financial services and a passion for getting the details right, Suz plays a key role in translating planning strategy into clear, actionable documentation. Her work ensures that our advice is both well-structured and easy to understand, an essential part of delivering the Lexington standard of service.

When she’s not paraplanning, Suz enjoys family life, exploring new places, and squeezing in a good book (or two) when time allows.

As co-founder and Finance Director of Lexington Wealth, Nicky has been with the business since the very beginning — employee number one. She plays a vital role behind the scenes, managing the firm’s finances and taking charge of all FCA regulatory reporting (of which, as anyone in the profession knows, there are many!).

Nicky’s sharp attention to detail and methodical approach help ensure that Lexington runs efficiently and stays compliant — no small feat in a highly regulated environment. She’s the steady hand that helps keep everything on track, and a core part of what makes Lexington what it is today.

Outside of the office, Nicky enjoys time with her family — husband Warren and their two children, Olly and Bella. Whether it’s sharing great food, planning the next getaway, or simply enjoying some well-earned downtime, family life is her true happy place.

Vince is the digital engine behind Lexington Wealth. From managing our website and crafting client communications (including The Lexington Times), to producing The Finance Geeks Podcast and keeping all things tech running smoothly – Vince is our go-to expert for making ideas happen online.

With a rare blend of technical know-how and creative flair, Vince ensures that Lexington’s digital presence is polished, professional, and always aligned with our client-first philosophy. Whether he’s refining a newsletter layout, uploading podcast episodes, or quietly fixing a glitch before anyone notices, Vince plays a pivotal role in helping us stay connected and current. He’s our behind-the-scenes superstar—and the reason much of what we do looks and sounds as good as it does.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys walking his dog Cooper, sampling new restaurants, and sharpening his encyclopedic movie knowledge.

Helen supports Lexington Wealth as our Social Media Manager, helping us communicate clearly, consistently, and with a touch of personality across our digital platforms. With a keen eye for brand voice and audience engagement, Helen ensures that our values and insights are shared in a way that’s both professional and relatable.

Through smart content strategy and thoughtful scheduling, Helen keeps Lexington’s social presence fresh, relevant, and aligned with what matters most to our clients. Whether it’s a timely market comment or a behind-the-scenes moment, she helps tell the story of who we are and what we stand for.

Away from the social feeds, Helen enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up live music, and finding new inspiration—often over a strong flat white.
