Lexington listed as one of the UK’s leading financial planning firms

We’re thrilled to say that Lexington has been named in an exclusive list of the country’s best financial planning firms.

The CISI has placed us on its list of Accredited Financial Planning Firms (AFPF), which includes just 67 firms out of more than 5,400 operators in the UK – putting us among the top 2% of firms nationally! We’re the only firm listed locally.

AFPF status is granted in recognition of “the highest ethical and professional practice standards in financial planning”. The accreditation involved rigorous examinations of how we work with clients.

The CISI says that the AFPF register “provides consumers with a list of firms that offer a consistently high level of service that they can understand and trust”. To qualify, a firm’s process with its clients must follow a six-step process that puts the client first:

1. Gathering data.
2. Establishing the client’s objectives, goals and aims.
3. Processing and analysing information.
4. Recommending a plan of action.
5. Implementing the plan when agreed.
6. Reviewing the plan regularly.
