About the Applicant

This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced paraplanner or financial planner, who is passionate about real financial planning and wants to build a long-term career with an award-winning firm.

We have plenty of wonderful clients and we would rather you did not have any clients to bring to the firm, as you’ll be busy providing a true financial planning service to ours.

• You will have a desire and commitment to build a career in a real financial planning firm.
• You will need to be flexible in your approach and have the clients best interests at the forefront of your mind at all times.
• You will need to be an excellent team player and communicator, and have the desire to inspire, coach and encourage clients to live the life they desire.
• You will have at least Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent, preferably Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 6) or Certified qualification.
• You will have a commitment to ongoing learning irrespective of your current qualifications
• You will be highly organised and efficient
• You will have a good understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
