The Pensions Regulator (TPR) have announced some important news for partners in LLP businesses. Its effect is both immediate and retrospective, so we would like to bring it to your attention.

A recent Supreme Court ruling concerning LLP’s recognised there is now a potential requirement to automatically enrol partners. For this reason, TPR has produced the following guidance, which as you will see, may have an immediate and retrospective impact.
